Pavilion-style building design generally elicits images of beachside locations like Bali, Thailand and Vanuatu, but Zeno Entity has taken this inspiration and applied it to a new project in Hawthorn East, Melbourne. The project features four pavilion-style roofs in a complex of two units that extend from the front of the block to the back, with a skillion roof used between the two pavilion-roofed sections.

The sleek Planum roof tile was chosen in the colour ‘Cocoa,’ creating an understated modern roof line that complements the bright white walls used on the building facade. To the rear of the property, each unit features a small decked area that overlooks the pools and lush plants that line a small garden bed surrounding the property.
